		<description>Stumbled about your blog while looking for Garmin-ready OSM for Costa Rica, read your post - and had to smile about your remark on internet connections in Ghana. Mind, it&#039;s one of the more developed countries in that region - and Accra is quite well for finding a good connection.  I&#039;ve got some experience in Burkina and Bénin. Horrible, but even there: fine connections, compared to other places I&#039;ve been.</description>
